How to make money in Real Estates ?
Too many ways, and I will just take 2 examples here.
Example 1: You bought a property that is serving a monthly financing loan of $800, you rented it out at $1,300 per month, you get a $500 gross inflow per month from that piece of property you bought.
Example 2: You bought a property for $800,000 2 years ago, and you sold it off $1,500,000 just last month, you made a gross gain of ~$700,000

How to make money in paper assets ?
Let’s look at a very principle and very basic concept of “How to make 1 million dollar in a day?”
You own a company that is worth $1,000,000 in paper value (ie shares).
You have 1,000,000 shares value at $1 at the moment.
If you can convince some one to offer you $200,000 to buy 100,000 pieces of shares from you, how much your company worth now (paper wise) ?

How much does a website worth ? How much does a domain name, say (sex.com) worth ?
How much does a mobile number, say 0123456789 worth ? or, 0177777777 worth ?
Well, I will clasify anything that related to tech and be abe to deliver over the air,anytime,anywhere in this category, such as websites, domain name, server bandwiths, gateway numbers etc.
Check out myspace.com story. Fox bought over that myspace.com for $588 million, and within 3 months Google paid Fox $900 milllion just to control the advertising dollars for the next 3 years in myspace.com
